Anaerobic Digestion

Anaerobic Digestion is a collection of biological processes which involves microorganisms breaking down biodegradable material in the absence of oxygen. One of the resultant products is biogas, it combusts to generate electricity and heat, or can be processed into municipal waste water solids, fats, oils and grease (FOG), food waste and other organic waste streams into biogas.
